Ariana Rogers

Ariana Rogers is the Founder and CEO of Society of Visionaries—a visionary leader dedicated to bridging the gap between strategy and service. With over 15 years of experience in project management, social impact programming, event production, and digital fundraising, Ariana is passionate about equipping organizations with the tools they need to create lasting, positive change.

Ariana is known for her culturally responsive approach, blending creativity, equity, and strategy to design solutions that truly resonate with communities. She founded Society of Visionaries to empower both for-profit and nonprofit organizations to deepen their impact and build authentic trust within the communities they serve.

She holds a B.A. in Communications from Cleveland State University and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. Ariana is a Certified Advisor of Philanthropy, a certified non-profit professional with credentials in Neighborhood Leadership Development, and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®—through which she actively engages in community service and leadership.
